Our Personalized Training program features unlimited sessions available anytime for groups of 1-3 people, along with unlimited access to our boot camp classes. This training program provides safe, efficient, and effective exercises specifically designed to motivate you and help you achieve your individual fitness goals. Whether your goals include weight loss, improving flexibility, recovering from an injury, enhancing strength for daily tasks, or excelling as an athlete, our certified personal trainers are committed to offering valuable feedback and serving as a dependable resource for your fitness journey.

 

This traditional Personalized Training approach enhances your foundational understanding of fitness, promoting improvements in body composition, core function, cardio-respiratory fitness, balance, speed, and agility through personalized instruction.

I agree and understand I have read the waiver agreement: I acknowledge that I have been informed of the need to obtain a physician’s examination and approval prior to beginning this exercise program. I fully understand that the program may be strenuous and choose to participate completely voluntarily. I accept the responsibility for my health and any resultant injury or mishap that may affect my well-being or health in any way. I hold harmless to any responsibility, the instructor, facility, or any persons involved with this program, assessment, and/or testing procedure. All members are advised and encouraged to consult with his/her personal physician before beginning use of fitness or exercise facilities and/or equipment or participating in any physical activity. This waiver agreement applies to myself and any family members that are training with Jeanetix Fitness, LLC. This waiver also applies for the entire duration of the fitness training program at Jeanetix Fitness, LLC.
