Jeanetix Fitness One-On-One Training Program

Our One-On-One Training program delivers safe, efficient, and effective exercises designed to motivate you to reach your individual fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, develop movement flexibility, recover from an injury, gain strength for daily activities, or become a high-performance athlete. Our certified personal trainers are here to provide meaningful feedback and be a reliable resource for your personal fitness journey.

 

This traditional approach of one-on-one training helps you develop a foundational understanding of fitness. It also facilitates improvements in your body composition, core function, cardio-respiratory fitness, balance, speed and agility, through individual instruction. 

EDUCATION

We provide focused, individualized sessions with a certified personal trainer who will listen, answer questions, and teach throughout the workout.

Our personal trainers will create functional fitness workouts adapted to your specific needs, while ensuring the correct posture and form for each exercise.
