  • WHY DO I NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER?

    A personal trainer can be essential to your training program. By providing you with motivation, encouragement, and accountability, a personal trainer will assist you in achieving your fitness goals faster. In addition, you will obtain an enhanced sense of self-discipline. You will also be challenged with new skill sets within your workout regimen.

  • HOW LONG ARE TRAINING SESSIONS?

    You will meet with the trainer that will tailor personal fitness sessions to help you meet your goals and maintain your results. The times for each workout training session are extremely flexible and accommodating to assist you in accomplishing your needs.

  • DO I NEED A SET SCHEDULE?

    What makes Jeanetix Fitness so unique is, you do not need a set schedule or appointment. If you cannot make your normal training time, come whenever you can during normal training hours. We are very flexible and there are no penalties for coming at different times. Therefore, no set schedule is required.

  • WHAT ARE THE FEES?

    Unlike personal trainers who charge you per training session, Jeanetix Fitness allows you to come in and train as many times as you want for one small monthly fee. Visit our memberships page to view the membership that best works for you.

  • AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

    We accept debit/credit cards through our online payments system. In order to make a payment, you must first sign up to one of our Jeanetix Fitness memberships via online. If you are a returning customer and would like to update the card on file, simply login via the client login portal.

  • HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD?

    If you want to update your payment method to a different card simply log in to your account and select the “Payment Methods” button. From there you will be able to add a new card and then select the “Set Default” button to make it your default payment option.

    You may also delete other saved credit cards within your account.

    IMPORTANT: Once you have updated your card payment via the “payment methods” tab, make sure to click on “subscriptions” and change your payment method to the new saved card that you added. This will ensure that any newly generated invoice processes your new card payment instead of the old card.

  • HOW OFTEN CAN I TRAIN PER WEEK?

    The number of days per week you choose to train is determined according to your personal schedule and availability. Training sessions are open and flexible during the hours indicated below:

    Sunday: 12 pm – 2 pm
    Monday –Friday: 9 am – 9 pm
    Saturday: 9 am – 11 am

  • HOW DO I SIGN UP?

    To get started, visit our memberships page and select a membership. Input your personal information and complete the online process.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

    Because all of our subscriptions and account handling are done automatically by the system, the system has its own way of processing cancellations and therefore cancellations can not be done manually.

    All monthly memberships require a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the next billing date to ensure cancellation of automatic payments. There are no prorates available and you will be subject to payment for the following month if your request is less than 30 days from the next scheduled billing cycle.

  • CAN I PAY IN CASH?

    No. The only payment option available is via a debit/credit card. This is done to keep everything electronically and simple for our users.

  • WHAT IF I AM UNDER 18 AND I DON'T HAVE AN ID?

    For students under the age of 18 who don’t have an ID card, simply input your date of birth in the corresponding field without uploading your identification card. You may also upload your school ID if provided one. Make sure to sign up under the “Student Plan” and don’t forget to have your parent or legal guardian review the Terms & Conditions.

  • HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

    The password reset link will only be sent to the account holder’s email. In order to login to your account, you must use the account holder’s email address and password. The account is shared for all members because the payment is only taken from the primary account holder.

  • WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS ON MY CARD?

    Our system will try to process your monthly membership a total of 3 times if the first time fails. If your membership fails to process successfully due to insufficient funds, your account will be placed on an “on hold” status and you will not be able to train at our facility.

    To process a payment you can do so by logging in to your account and selecting your membership and choosing the payment method you wish to pay with.

  • RETURNING MEMBERS, SIGN UP?

    In order to renew your account, you must first log in to your Jeanetix Fitness online account. You can do so by navigating to the clients drop down menu and clicking on the “My Account” button from a desktop computer. If you’re on a mobile phone, simply tap on the top left “person” icon.  If you have a new email address that is different from the one you used the first time to sign up, simply disregard any of these steps and you may checkout as a new client.

    You must remember the email address and password you used when you first signed up. If you don’t remember either or, simply select the “Lost your password?” link so that you may initiate the account recovery process.

    Once you sign in, you proceed by navigating to the “memberships” button from the top website menu and select the membership you wish to sign up to.

  • WANT TO TRAIN FOR 1 MONTH ONLY?

    Yes. Our memberships are no contract, so you may cancel whenever you want. However, the cancellation request must be submitted 30 days prior to your next monthly renewal. Therefore, if you don’t want to be charged for the following month, we suggest submitting the cancellation form on the same day of signing up so that you don’t get charged on your second month. You will still be allowed to train because cancellations don’t take effect until 30 days after.

  • WHAT TO TAKE TO MY TRAINING SESSIONS?

    All we recommend you bring is water and a small to medium-sized hand towel!
